Due to the custom and personalized nature of my jewelry, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing (if you provided measurements), or buyer errors in personalization.
Exceptions:
If the item arrives damaged or defective (not due to wear/tear), contact me within [7–14 days] of delivery with photos.
I will repair, replace, or refund at my discretion (shipping costs may apply).
